We hope you love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 28 days of the initial purchase date.
To be eligible for a return, all items must be:
- Returned in their original packaging
- In their original, unused condition
Please ensure items are securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping. We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned item(s), we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 14 working days for your refund to be processed and appear in your account.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, customers are responsible for covering the cost of return postage.
