About us

Hi! I’m Ceri, and along with my partner Huw, we’re the founders and creative minds behind Goleuni. We were both born and raised on the beautiful island of Anglesey, and it’s a place that has shaped who we are and what we believe in. This island is more than just home to us – it’s a constant source of inspiration.

Goleuni was inspired by the stunning landscapes that surround us, the peaceful beaches, and the unique wildlife that makes Anglesey so special. But at the heart of our brand lies something even more important: sustainability. We’re passionate about keeping our environment clean and doing what we can to lead towards a greener planet, making sure everything we do stays as eco-friendly as possible.

In our everyday lives, Huw works as a Demi Chef de Partie at Catch 22 in Valley, while I’m studying for my Master’s degree at Liverpool John Moores University. In 2024, at just 20 years old, we started Goleuni with a simple but powerful goal – to make a difference, even if it’s a small one.

Goleuni is a reflection of our love for our home, for nature, and for the future. Thank you for being part of our journey – and for helping us bring a little more light into the world, one step at a time. 🌿

Helo! Fy enw i yw Ceri, ac ynghyd â fy mhartner Huw, ni yw perchenogion a’r meddyliau creadigol tu ôl i Goleuni. Cawsom ein geni a’n magi ar Ynys Môn, ac mae’r lle yma wedi siapio pwy ydyn ni ac ein credoau. Mae’r Ynys yma yn fwy ‘na cartref i ni- mae’n ysbrydoliaeth cyson. 

Ysbrydolwyd Goleuni gan y tirweddau prydferth o’n cwmpas ni, yr traethau heddychol ac yr bywyd gwyllt unigol sy’n gwneud Ynys Môn môr arbennig. Calon Goleuni yw cynaliadwyedd. Rydym yn angerddol am cadw ein amgylchedd yn lân, gwneud beth sy’n bosib i gael planed wyrdd, a gwneud yn siwr fod pob peth môr ecogyfeillgar ag sy’n bosib. 

Yn ein bywyd pob dydd, mae Huw yn gweithio fel Demi Chef de Partie yn Catch 22 yn Fali, ‘tra fyddai yn astudio gradd meistr yn brifysgol John Moores, Lerpwl. Yn 2024, yn 20ain oed, dechreuwyd Goleuni gyda gôl syml ond pwerus- i wneud gwahaniaeth, hyd yn oed os gwahaniaeth bach yw hi.

Mae Goleuni yn adlewyrchiad o’n cariad am ein cartref, am natur, ac am y dyfodol. Diolch am fod yn rhan o’n taith- ac am helpu ni i ddod a fwy o goleuni i’r byd, un cam ar y tro. 🌿
